Women’s Basketball Returns To Team Activities

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond women's basketball program has been cleared by University and Virginia Department of Health officials to resume team activities, Richmond Athletics announced on Tuesday. The team is scheduled to play at Dayton Friday. Head coach Aaron Roussell will not be available for the game due to COVID-19 protocols.
"Obviously I am disappointed to not be able to join our team in Dayton, but I have full confidence in our staff and players that they will continue on without missing a beat in my absence and I look forward to wildly cheering them on from home," Roussell said.
