09/21/2021 | Men's Basketball
RICHMOND, Va. -- The Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook released its forecast for the 2021-22 Atlantic 10 season on Tuesday, with Richmond picked to finish second in the conference behind St. Bonaventure. The Spiders return 15 of 16 players from last year's team, which finished 14-9 and reached the NIT Quarterfinals, while St. Bonaventure returns all five starters from last year's A-10 Championship team.Â
Richmond and St. Bonaventure are also well-represented on Blue Ribbon's picks for the All-Atlantic 10 Team. Richmond's Jacob Gilyard and Grant Golden were named All-Conference, along with Kyle Lofton and Jaren Holmes from St. Bonaventure. Javonte Perkins from Saint Louis is the fifth member of the team.Â
