Track & Field Set for Atlantic 10 Championships

Richmond, Va. – The University of Richmond track and field program is headed to the George Mason Field House for the Atlantic-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships Saturday and Sunday. Information regarding the event can be found here.
The 60m dash will feature Tamar Accius (Jacksonville, Fla.), who currently ranks fifth in the A-10, Kayla Woods (Wilmington, Del.) who ranks ninth and Morgan Crocker (Richmond, Va.).
Also running the 200, Accius will look to improve upon her fifth-place seeding alongside Kamryn Ross (Richmond, Va.) who ranks seventh entering the championship.Woods is the top long jumper headed into the championships. She is joined by Grace Mittl (Bethlehem, Pa.) (13th) and Crocker (15th).
Ross will look to maintain her place atop the A-10 in the 60m hurdles. The No. 1 time in the A-10 entering the championships is joined by Gabrielle Benneducci (Hampton, N.J.) and Amaya Jackson (Richmond, Va.).
Beneducci, Jackson and Aylin Bruce (Lexington, Mass.) will run the 400 where they'll look to keep up with Rachel Helbling (McDonald, Pa.) who boasts the conference's fastest 400 and 500m times this season.
In the 500, Helbling will be joined by Virginia Beringer (Fredericksburg, Va.), Morgan Lyons (Basking Ridge, N.J.) and Maddie Orr (Rumson, N.J.).
The Spiders enter the 800 with top-seeded Brooke Fazio (Basking Ridge, N.J.), third-ranked Kate McAndrew (Denville, N.J.) and Lindsey Colflesh (Haddonfield, N.J.).
Kayla O'Connell (Marshfield, Mass.) boasts the time to beat in the 1,000, followed by Kendra Smither (Richmond, Va.) in third and Isabel Blaylock (Dallas, Tex) ranked 16th.
Lily Snow (Richmond, Va.) (13th), Elizabeth Stockman (Rocky Hill, Conn.) (3rd) and Madison Trippett (Parkersburg, W.Va.) (5th) are set for the mile.
Snow (16th) and Trippett (7th) will also run the 3,000 alongside Anna George (Montville, N.J.) (23rd) and Manon Stephen (Basking Ridge, N.J.).
Caitlin O'Hare (Middletown, N.J.), Kathryn Shea (Hartford, Conn.) and Stockman (3rd) are ready for the 5,000.
