Spiders Pick Up Fourth Straight Win in Home Finale

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond women's tennis team picked up its fourth consecutive victory Friday afternoon in the team's regular season home finale. The Spiders defeated St. Bonaventure 5-2 to finish with an Atlantic 10 record of 4-3.

The Spiders clinched the doubles point with 6-1 wins on courts one and two, and then Helene Heiberg and Emily Garvin finished off the doubles sweep on court three with their third consecutive win as a duo.

The home team secured singles wins on courts one through three along with court five to clinch the match.

Richmond wraps up its regular season slate Saturday, April 16 with a trip to William & Mary at 2 p.m.
