Spiders Mark Personal Bests at Virginia Grand Prix

Charlottesville, Va. –The Spiders put together a pair of personal-best performances at Sunday's Virginia Grand Prix hosted by UVA.
Morgan Crocker leaped a PR of 38-1.25 in the triple jump as well a season-best 18-8.34 in the long jump. Kyala Woods won the long jump event with a 19-10.25 marking and Grace Mittl recorded a 16-8.50.
Also clocking a career-best, Isabel Blaylock turned in a 2:16.70 in the 800m.
Tamar Accius ran a 12.11 in the 100m dash and over the hurdles, Kamryn Ross ran a 14.74 in the 100m race while Gabrielle Beneducci (1:08.10) and Amaya Jackson (1:09.58) followed each other in the 400m race.
