ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The University of Richmond Men's Tennis team dropped a hard-fought battle to Navy Saturday morning to conclude the team's weekend in Annapolis. With the loss, the Spiders drop to 4-3 on the year while Navy improved to 7-6.

In doubles, John Walsh and Alex Wernink narrowly fell to Ayinala/Segraves (NAVY), 6-4 on court two while William Karpinski/Daniel Kliebhan fell to Garner/Panyan (NAVY) on the number one court, 6-1. Sebastian Miano/Alaister Burke were the last doubles team to finish as the duo dropped 6-3 against Legaspi/Nguyen (NAVY) on court three.

In singles action, Kliebhan dropped a 6-3, 6-4 decision to Panyan (NAVY) on court one, while Karpinski fell to Segraves (NAVY), 6-2, 6-2 and Walsh fell 6-4, 6-2 against Legaspi (NAVY), 6-4l 6-2. Davis Wiley, Miano, and Wernink all left their respective matches unfinished.
