Arden Tierney Named A-10 Offensive Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Arden Tierney has been named Atlantic 10 Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday. This is the squad's fourth weekly honor of the season.
Tierney, collecting her second career weekly honor, finished the weekend with six goals and four assists for 10 total points as the Spiders collected back-to-back league victories over George Mason and Saint Joseph's. Tierney also collected 24 draw controls as well as two ground balls and two caused turnovers.
The Spiders, now 9-2 on the season and 3-1 in A-10 play, are back in action Saturday, April 1 at St. Bonaventure. Opening draw is set for 11 a.m.
