Spiders Prepare for Split Weekend

Richmond, Va. - The University of Richmond Track and Field program prepares for another split weekend as one group will attend the Virginia Challenge hosted by UVA as the other will race in the 2023 Collegiate 10K Road Race National Championships within UKROPS10K in Richmond.

Heading into the weekend, the Spiders are coming off of their trip from the Larry Ellis Invitational where they saw five top ten performances.

Looking at the Virginia Challenge, twelve Spiders will take the journey to compete on Friday and Saturday:

WOMEN:

1. Beringer, Ginny (400m, 4x400m)

2. Colflesh, Lindsay (800m)

3. Crocker, Morgan (Long Jump)

4. Donohoe, Caroline (400H, 4x400m)

5. Keurentjes, Kyra (Invitational 800m, 4x400m)

6. Lavelle, Nina (400m, 200m)

7. McAndrew, Kate (800m)

8. O'Connell, Kayla (800m)

9. Reif, Brooke (1500m)

10. Trippett, Madison (invitational 5k)

11. van der Westhuizen, Elke (400m, 200m, 4x400m)

MEN:

1. Terrill, Stuart (invitational 5k)

Sixteen more Spiders will stay in Richmond to race in the 2023 Collegiate 10K Road Race National Championships within UKROPS10K:
