In recognition of Black History Month, current Spider student-athletes are interviewing some of the most accomplished Black alumni of Spider Athletics to discuss the process of becoming a Spider, their time on campus, and how what they learned at Richmond has helped them personally and professionally. Former Spider football player Mark Thompson is a two-time Atlantic 10 champion who is now the Director of HR Operations for Panasonic North America as well as the Founder and CEO of Career Transformation Academy, an organization that works to empower college graduates, executive candidates. and those making a career transition to confidently land their dream job.
