RICHMOND, Va. — Dusan Neskovic, who earned Academic All-Ivy honors while leading Dartmouth with 16 points per game in 2023-24, will transfer to Richmond and play for the Spiders this upcoming season.
Neskovic, a 6'8" forward, appeared in 63 games with 36 starts for Dartmouth over the last three seasons. As a senior in 2023-24, he ranked seventh in the Ivy League with 16.0 points per game while adding 4.0 rebounds per contest. At the end of the season, he was named to the Ivy League's All-Academic Team for his performance on the court and in the classroom. Neskovic will graduate from Dartmouth in June with a degree in Economics.
As a junior in 2022-23, Neskovic scored 12.2 points per game while shooting 48.1 percent from the field, including 42.4 percent from three-point range (third in the conference among those with at least 60 attempts). Following the season, he received the Rudy LaRusso Award as Dartmouth's most improved player.
Over the last two seasons, Neskovic has made 38.9 percent of his three-point field goal attempts, fourth best in the conference among those with at least 200 attempts. His 661 total points during that span rank 11th in the Ivy League.
Neskovic appeared in 16 games as a sophomore in 2021-22, totaling 28 points and 23 rebounds. Dartmouth did not compete during his freshman season in 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Neskovic prepped at The Hotchkiss School in Salisbury, Conn., where he was an All-NEPSAC Class A selection in 2020. Neskovic is a native of Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
