Women’s Soccer Picked No. 11 in 2024 A-10 Preseason Poll

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The University of Richmond women's soccer team was tabbed 11^th in the 2024 Atlantic 10 Conference Preseason Poll, announced by the league office on Wednesday.

Defending A-10 Champion Saint Louis picked up the first place spot with all 15 first-place votes while Dayton and VCU rounded out the top three. Fordham was picked just ahead of Richmond at No. 10 and St. Bonaventure slotted in at No. 12.

Head Coach Adam Denton enters his second season at the helm of the Spiders in 2024. He welcomes seven graduate transfers to the roster in addition to nine freshmen. Denton also named Kiley Fitzgerald, Elle Dziadzio, Gwen Howell and JoJo McShane as the captains for 2024.
