Luna Paratore Named A-10 Field Hockey Rookie of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond field hockey's Valen Luna Paratore has been named Atlantic 10 Conference Rookie of the Week, the league announced Tuesday after the first weekend of the 2024 season.
On Sunday, Luna Paratore collected her first collegiate goal in the second quarter, tying the game at William & Mary at 1-1.
The Buenos Aires, Argentina native has taken seven shots with three on goal in two starts as a forward for Spider Hockey.
The Spiders return to Crenshaw Field to host App State, Friday at 5 p.m. and Temple, Sunday at 11 a.m.
