LYNCHBURG, Va. – The University of Richmond's women's track and field team competed in the final day of the Brant Tolsma Invitational, hosted by Liberty University at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex.

Highlighting the day were four Spiders who finished with new personal bests.

Sophomore Gabrielle Cummings finished fifth with a personal-best time in the 200 meters.

Graduate student Darya Mikusova had a successful day, competing in the 60-meter hurdles preliminary and in the 400-meter finals. In the hurdles, Mikusova finished at 9.14, setting a new personal best. In the 400 meters she finished 13^th with a time of 58.35.

Also in the 60-meter hurdles, sophomore Alexandra Cahill finished with a personal best of 9.44 in the preliminaries.

Cameron Whidbee ran in the 400-meter finals and finished 23^rd with a personal best of 59.13.

In the mile run, junior Allison Colflesh finished 27^th at 5:18.82. Fellow junior Brooke Reif placed 35^th at 5:24.06.

Up next for the Spiders are the Penn State National Open and the VMI Winter Relays on January 31.
