Richmond Wraps Up Regular Season at Princeton Fall Classic

Results

PRINCETON, N.J. – The University of Richmond's men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Princeton Fall Classic Friday morning. The women finished 18th out of 25 teams and the men finished 31st out of 31 teams.

Sophomore Hallie Muniz led the women, finishing 32nd out of 270 runners with a personal best time of 20:51.6 — the second-fastest among Atlantic 10 competitors at the meet.

Senior Mollie Fenn placed 87th with a time of 21:31.5. Freshmen Alyson Stepp (128th, 21:49.8) and Lily Strebel (134th, 21:54.0) ran their first 6K races. Sophomores Addie Cohen (136th, 21:55.5) and Charlotte Hudson (165th, 22:20.0) also clocked personal bests. Senior Brooke Reif rounded out the scorers in 190th with a time of 22:34.6.

On the men's side, senior Henry Haase led the Spiders, placing 176th out of 318 runners with a time of 25:01.1.

Senior William Marhold finished 243rd in 25:32.7. Freshmen Bennett Wright (251st, 25:36.8) and Alex Mastroly (256th, 25:43.4) followed. Sophomore Brady Barber placed 287th in 26:04.5, while senior Jason Latina (292nd, 26:18.1) and junior Zachary Stevens (299th, 26:30.1) closed out Richmond's scoring.

Up next for the Spiders is the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1, in Cedarville, Ohio.
