RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond women's tennis program has added two standout recruits to its 2026 class, as head coach Jacob Dunbar announced the signings of Marta Ferrer Solé (Barcelona, Spain) and Victoria Mann (Greensboro, N.C.) on Thursday.
Ferrer Solé joins the Spiders as one of Spain's rising junior players, holding a Universal Tennis Rating of 9.24 with extensive experience on the international circuit.
"We're very excited to add Marta to the team," Dunbar said. "I think she's a really talented player and she'll bring a ton of international and high level experience to the team. She competes the right way and carries herself with a maturity we really value. I know she'll make an immediate impact on and off the court."
Mann arrives ranked No. 64 in the Tennis Recruiting Class of 2026 and is a five-star prospect out of Laurel Springs School with a 9.12 UTR.
"Victoria is a great addition to the team," Dunbar said. "She will fit really well into the goals and future of the program and I'm really happy to have her join the team in 2026. She's driven, she understands what we're building at Richmond and she brings the type of competitiveness and character we look for in our student-athletes."
