Richmond Men’s and Women’s Tennis Schedules Adjusted Due to Inclement Weather

RICHMOND, Va. – Due to inclement weather in the forecast, schedule changes have been announced for the University of Richmond men's and women's tennis teams for the upcoming weekend.
The Richmond men's tennis season opener at Liberty, originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 24, has been moved up to Friday, Jan. 23, with first serve set for 5 p.m. The match will still be played in Lynchburg, Va. at the Liberty Indoor Tennis Center.
On the women's side, Richmond's home match against Longwood, originally slated for Saturday, Jan. 24, at 3 p.m., has been postponed due to weather. A makeup date has not yet been announced.
Additionally, the women's tennis match at Navy, originally scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 25, in Annapolis, Md., has been moved up to Friday, Jan. 23, with a 6 p.m. start time.
