Track and Field Ties for Fifth at Atlantic 10 Championships

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The University of Richmond women's track and field team tied for fifth at the 2026 Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships on Saturday. The Spiders recorded three podium finishes.

Hallie Muniz captured silver in the mile with a time of 4:54.14.

In the 800 meters, Caroline Donohoe also earned silver, finishing in 2:10.02.

The 4x800-meter relay claimed bronze in 8:59.14. The relay team consisted of Ashley Bolesh (2:15.37), Mia Paolino (2:14.80), Brooke Reif (2:15.84) and Donohoe (2:13.12).

In the 500-meter finals, Morgan Elliott finished fourth in 1:16.15.

Gabrielle Cummings placed eighth in the 60 meters in 7.85.

In the 1,000 meters, Reif finished fifth with a personal-best time of 2:51.89.

In the 3,000 meters, two Spiders placed in the top 10. Muniz finished fourth in 9:48.03, while Mollie Fenn placed eighth in 9:59.91. Phoebe Rubio finished 15th in 10:06.28, and Lily Strebel finished 30th in 10:24.25.

Sydney Phillips placed seventh in the triple jump with a personal-best mark of 11.85 meters.

Alexandra Cahill recorded a personal-best mark of 1.46 meters in the high jump.
