Zinn Named Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond sophomore Morgane Zinn has been named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
Zinn totaled two goals and one assist for five points across a pair of unbeaten matches for the Spiders last week.
Thursday, she assisted on Emma Newman's equalizer in Richmond's 1-1 draw with American. She scored twice in UR's 3-0 win over Queens on Sunday, registering the first multi-goal game of her career and becoming the first Spider with multiple goals in a game since Newman scored four vs VMI in the 2025 season opener.
Zinn, a Montclair, N.J., native, has already matched her goal total from her freshman season, when she recorded two goals and one assist across 17 appearances. Zinn now owns four goals, two assists, and 10 points in 20 career matches.
The honor is Zinn's second career weekly A10 award and her first Offensive Player of the Week selection. She was named A10 Rookie of the Week on August 25, 2025.
Zinn and the unbeaten Spiders (2-0-1) will return to action Sunday at Mount St. Mary's.
