- Opened the season with an 800m victory with a time of 2:08.81 at the East Coast Invitational (2/6)
- Won the 800m (2:06.50) and was the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay team (3:49.15) with Maddie Orr, Rachel Helbling and Kayla O'Connell at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational (2/13 -14)
- Finished fifth in the 800m at the Camel City Elite with a time of 2:07.70, finishing .03 shy of the fourth-place finisher from Villanova in an 800m lineup that had four professional runners
- 2:07.70 mark was the 16th-best time with a flat track conversion of 2:06.25
- Secured return to the NCAA Indoor Championship in the 800m at the GMU Winter Fiesta, turning in a flat track time of 2:05.7.
- The mark converts to 2:04.27, the eighth-best time in the country and topped the Atlantic 10
- Finished fifth in the second semifinals of the 800m at the 2021 NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 2:07.62.
- Overall, finished 10th and earned USTFCCCA All-Amerca Second Team
- In her opening 200 meters, she posted a time of 28.62, following with a split of 31.57 in the next 200 meters for a time of 1:00.19 in the opening 400m. She ran the third 200 meters in 34.33 while closing out the final 200m in 33.11.
- Kicked off the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays with a first-place finish in the 4x400 relay, teaming up with Kayla Woods, Rachel Helbling and Maria Acosta to post a UR program record of 3:43.19
- Finished third in 800m at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 2:04.18, breaking Josephine White's 1981 record of 2:04.40
- At the prestigious 53rd Tennessee Relays, won the 800m run with a time of 2:03.86, lowering her program record and posting the 5th fastest time in the NCAA at that moment
- Also helped the 4x400 relay win with a time of 8:39.88 with Kendra Smither, Kayla O'Connell and Maria Acosta, after turning in an anchor leg time of 2:07.32)
- Named Atlantic 10 Conference Female Track Performer of the Week for her achievements at the 53rd Tennessee Relays
- Racing in a section of the 800m at the Virginia Challenge that featured seven All-Americans, finished fourth overall with a time of 2:05.36
- At the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship, won the 800m with an A-10 Meet Record, personal best, and UR program record time of 2:03.09
- The mark is the eighth-best time in the East Region and 13th-best in the nation
- As the anchor leg (52.86) came from behind to win the 4x400m relay, teaming up with Kayla Woods, Rachel Helbling, and Kamryn Ross, to lower the UR program record from the Raleigh Relays, 3:41.75
- Won the 800m at the 2021 ECAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 2:06.26
- Helped the 4x400m relay team finish undefeated in both the indoor and outdoor season, with a first-place finish and new program record time of 3:41.40.
- Posted an anchor leg time of 53.81
- In the first round of the 800m at the 2021 NCAA East Preliminaries, finished third in the first heat with a time of 2:03.48.
- Competing in the fastest 800m NCAA quarterfinals in history, finished fourth in the first quarterfinal heat and 11th overall with a personal best and new program record of 2:02.73.
- Out of the first heat of the NCAA CHampionship 800m semifinals, advanced based on being impeded and subsequently tripped to the ground by another runner who was disqualified under rule 15.5-3a. Fazio crossed the finish line with a time of 2:15.90.
- Capped off exciting women's track & field season with an eighth-place finish in the 800m final at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship Finals, turning in a time of 2:02.97
2019-20 (Junior)
Cross Country
- Posted a time of 12:04.2 at the Spider Alumni Open, finishing 24th overall
- Named 2020 USTFCCCA Indoor All-America in the 800m
- Named VaSID All-State in the 800m and DMR
- Qualified for the NCAA Track & Field Indoor Championship in the 800m, unable to compete after to the NCAA canceling the Championship due to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic
- Her flat track time of 2:06.39 gave her the 10th-best time in the nation
- Had a standout performance at the 2020 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track Championship
- Won the 800m run with a time of 2:06.39, setting a new A10 Indoor Championship and URI Mackal Track Fieldhouse mark
- Helped the 4x800m relay team to a first-place finish (8:59.91) also setting A10 Indoor Championship & URI Mackal Fieldhouse
- At the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational, helped the DMR squad to a 6th place finish (11:42.37)
- Finished third in the 1000m at the VMI Keydet Invitational (2:56.81)
- Opened the season with a first-place finish in the 600m with a time of 1:31.94 at the CNU Holiday Open

Cross Country
- Competed in the 2018 Spider Alumni Open, recording a time of 12:14.8 to take 31st
- Set a new personal best of 2:06.19 in the 800m with a first place prelim finish at the ECAC Indoor Championships
- Ran the anchor leg of the program record breaking 4x400 relay for a combined time of 3:42.68 at ECAC Championships
- Placed second in the 1000m event at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a time of 2:51.15
- Part of the winning 4x800 and DMR relays at the A-10 Championships
- Set a new personal best time at the David Hemery Invitational of 2:49.71
- Took second at Camel City Invitational in the 1000m with a time 2:52.41
- Won the 500m event in 1:14.10 at the Keydet Invitational
- Won the 800m race at ECAC Championships with a personal best of 2:05.71
- Placed fourth in the 800m at A-10 Championships
- Won the 4x800, running the second leg of the relay that finished 13 seconds ahead of the closest competition
- Ran in the 125thPenn Relays as part of the 4x800 (8:49.89)
- Broke the 1982 program record for the DMR relay for a combined time of 11:18.43 at the Penn Relays
- Set a new personal best in the 1,500 with a time of 4:41.87 at the Duke Invitational

- Made her debut running the 800m at the CNU Holiday Open and clocking a time of 2:24.95 for third place
- Won the 400m at the Terrapin Invitational, besting the field with a time of 58.86
- Registered a top-five finish in the 800m race at the Penn State Open in a time of 2:16.66
- Had a fourth place finish in the 800m (2:14.08) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational
- Broke the facility and program record in the 500m at the VMI Winter Relays (1:12.74)
- At the A-10 Championship:
- Part of the gold medal DMR team (11:36.63)
- Posted top time heading into the 500m final (1:13.67) and took the bronze in the final (1:13.98)
