2012-2013 (Senior):Finished 14^th in the mile (4:31.54) at the Liberty Quad … clocked in season best time of 2:33.91 to earn 13^th place and ran the third leg of the ninth place 4x400m relay (3:32.62) at the Atlantic 10 Championships

2011-2012 (Junior): Placed 25th in the 3000m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 9:01.06.

2010-2011 (Sophomore): Placed 11th in the 1,000 meters at the Terrapin Invitational (2:42.78) ...finished 15th in the mile at the Patriot Games (4:33.80) ... took 21st in the mile at the Vince Brown Invitational (4:39.91) ... secured 17th in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Conference Championship (4:31.59).

2009-2010 (Freshman): Did not compete.

2012-2013 (Senior): Finished 25th in the 8k at the William & Mary Invite (26:53)... finished 28th in the 8k at the Spider Alumni Open (15:53.6)... finished 116th in the 8k at the Atlantic 10 Championship (28:36.3)... finished 167th in the 8k at the Charlotte Invitational - Gold (27:46.51)... finished 190th in the 10k at the Chile Pepper CC Festival (34:17.7).

2011-2012 (Junior): Placed 15th in the 5k at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 16:22.00 ... took 15th in the 8k at the William and Mary Invite (27:12) ... clocked a time of 18:06.96 in the 8k at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational ... finished the 8k course at the A-10 Championship in 27:20.7.

2010-2011 (Sophomore): Ran in the Spider Alumni Open, where he placed 12th with a time of 16:26.14 ... took 117th at the A-10 Championships (27:16).

2009-2010 (Freshman): Did not compete.

Received the 2009 Matt Weakland Student-Athlete Award winner ... 2008 Cross Country captain... team claimed the 2006 PIAA District VI Cross Country Team Championship ... selected Freshman MVP in 2006, Junior MVP in 2007 and Senior MVP in 2008.
