With the game tied 5-5 heading into the bottom of the sixth inning, Bryan Pritz led off with a base hit against Jung Wi. Pritz advanced into scoring position on a passed ball. With one out Chris Dolan hit a ground ball to short and with Pritz running on the pitch scored from second to give the Blue team the lead.
Senior captain Mike Gula helped the cause doubling in two runs in the third. Tim Stauffer allowed eight hits and struck out six in 7.0 innings of work.
The stage is set for the championship game. Freshman Tim Rice and Derek Duclos will battle it out on the hill Friday afternoon at Pitt Field.
