Spiders To Host Towson In Baseball

Richmond, Va. - The University of Richmond baseball team has added a game to its 2001 schedule. The Spiders will host the Towson University Tigers on Thursday, March 8 at 2:30 p.m. at Pitt Field.

The Spiders are currently 5-8 on the season and have won four of their past seven contests. Richmond has played just one home game. The Spiders defeated VMI 12-6 on February 20 at Pitt Field.
