UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, VA. - Lacrosse coach Sue Murphy recently announced the hiring of Krissy Brandolini in the position on assistant coach.
"I am thrilled to bring Krissy Brandolini on board as an assistant coach," Murphy said. "Krissy is finishing her undergraduate degree and can devote a lot of time on the field and in the office. She brings great passion, a link to our past, hard work ethic and always with a smile."
As a senior, Brandolini played in 13 games in the 2002 season and scored two goals. In her four years at Richmond, she scored four goals and recorded one assist.
"As a former player here at Richmond, Krissy unfortunately had her battles with serious injury but I was able to coach her last season and get to know her as a person too," Murphy remarked. "Krissy's enthusiasm is second to none and our team will benefit from her involvement."
