UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond women's basketball team (13-5, 4-3) plays host to the Owls from Temple University (6-12, 2-5) on Thursday, January 30, at 7:00 p.m. at the Robins Center. The Spiders are looking for their fifth conference win after defeating Duquesne 66-63 last Sunday in Pittsburgh. The game will be broadcast via the internet at www.RichmondSpiders.com.
Tonight's contest marks the third meeting between the two school with the series tied at 1-1. This is Temple's first time in Richmond since the series began on January 1, 1991 as Richmond recorded a 83-54 victory. Last season, Temple handed the Spiders 69-63 loss in Philadelphia.
