Football's Joe Wilson Chosen For All-Star Game

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Richmond senior offensive lineman Joe Wilson was one of 50 student-athletes chosen to play in the inaugural I-AA College Football All-Star Classic, it was announced by The Football Network (TFN) on Aug. 25.
The game will be played on Tuesday evening, Dec. 30, at Lockhart Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. TFN will broadcast the game live.
Wilson and the other All-Stars were selected by a committee of coaches, administrators and media from the 13 I-AA Conferences. An additional 50 student-athletes will be chosen in October to complete the rosters.
Wilson is one of seven Atlantic 10 student-athletes to be chosen.
