UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND - The University of Richmond women's basketball team hosts Duquesne University TODAY at 2 p.m. at the Robins Center. The Spiders and Dukes, both in the West Division of the Atlantic 10, currently have matching conference records of 4-1. The game will be broadcast live on WXGI-AM 950 and via the internet at www.wxgi.com.
Richmond is coming off its first conference loss of the season, falling to George Washington 86-60 on Friday. Junior Kate Flavin recorded 15 points in that contest to become the 13th member of Richmond's 1,000 Point Club. Flavin currently leads the Spiders in scoring and rebounding.
The Dukes were last in action that same night, recording a 74-60 victory over St. Bonaventure.
