UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The inaugural Autumn Harvest Football Classic kicks off at 3 p.m. this Saturday when the Spiders host #12 Maine at UR Stadium. The finale of the Autumn Harvest Jubilee, a festival being held in Shockoe Bottom starting at 10 a.m., is a great chance for Spider fans to help the community.
A main focus of the jubilee is to gather food donations for the Central Virginia Food Bank. Fans that bring non-perishable items to UR Stadium will receive one free ticket for everyone they purchase.
The Spiders (2-2, 1-0 A-10) return to action after enjoying a bye week, while Maine (2-2, 0-1 A-10) lost at Delaware last Saturday. The Black Bears have won the last three meetings in this series, including a 21-14 victory the last time they visited Richmond (2002).
TICKET INFORMATION: This is also a Ukrop's buy-one-get-one game. Fans who have a Ukrop's UVC card and buy a ticket will receive a second one for FREE!
