The Series
Saturday marks the 90th meeting between the George Washington Colonials and the Richmond Spiders. The Colonials defeated the Spiders, 5-4 in the teams' first meeting in 1934. The Colonials...
Lead the Atlantic 10 with a 22-13 overall record and are tied with Rhode Island with the most conference wins (7). The Coaches
Colonials head coach Tom Walter posts a 234-166 overall record in his seven seasons at the helm. Spider coach Ron Atkins has tallied a 26-7 record against GW and a 13-5 record against Walter.
