Richmond did not win any of its eight games in the month of February, six of eight which were on the road. The Spiders eight-game losing streak is the longest since the 1996-97 team lost nine in a row.

Saturday was the Spiders' last road game of the season. Richmond finished 1-10 on the road this season.

Richmond allowed 70 points for just the third time in 27 games this season. The Spiders had allowed over 60 points just twice through the first 19 games, but have allowed over 60 points in eight-straight games.

Senior Jermaine Bucknor scored 14 points, his 19th time in double figures this season and 39th time in his career.

Senior Kevin Steenberge scored in double figures for the 13th time this season and the 36th time in his career.

Richmond took just eight free throws Saturday and has attempted just 10 shots from the charity stripe in the last two games.

Junior Gaston Moliva tied a season high with three blocks and his third block of the game was the 100th of his career. He is fifth on the Richmond career list for blocked shots.

Senior Kevin Steenberge blocked three shots, giving him 65 for the season which is tied for third on the Spiders' single-season list with Tim Faulconer.

Senior Jermaine Bucknor made two 3-pointers, pulling within one 3-pointer of Jeff Myers (145) for sixth on the all-time career list.

Freshman Mark McGonigal played a season-high three minutes.
