Spiders Visit Holladay Elementary School

RICHMOND, Va. - Members of the Richmond men and women's basketball program visited Holladay Elementary School Friday to participate in a school-wide celebration honoring good behavior.
Men's head basketball coach Candice Jackson and women's players Johanna McKnight and Brittani Shells spent and hour teaching basketball to groups of students in grades 1-5.
The school's celebration was part of its discipline plan, which sets high standards of behavior and learning for students. As a reward, the students were allowed to choose two activities to participate in, which ranged from several different sports to the arts.
