The Players:
• Brittani Shells recorded her eighth game-high performance with 19 points against the Tribe. Shells went 6-for-10 from the field, 4-of-5 from long range and had five assists.
• Crystal Goring recorded the first double-double of her career, sixth of her career with 10 points and a team-high 15 boards Monday nights.
• Abby Oliver poured in 16 points, and recorded a career-high five assists.
The Team:
• Richmond sunk nine threes, just one shy of tying a season-high it set against No. 12 Georgetown (10).
• The Spiders moved to 87-22 in the series with William & Mary and have taken the last four.
• Richmond's rivalry with the Tribe dates back to 1920 and is thought to be the country's second oldest rivalry next to Stanford and California.
• The Spiders committed a season-low 12 turnovers, tying the total they had against NC State.
