The Players:
Brittani Shells recorded her eighth game-high performance with 19 points against the Tribe. Shells went 6-for-10 from the field, 4-of-5 from long range and had five assists.
Crystal Goring recorded the first double-double of her career, sixth of her career with 10 points and a team-high 15 boards Monday nights.
Abby Oliver poured in 16 points, and recorded a career-high five assists.
The Team:
Richmond sunk nine threes, just one shy of tying a season-high it set against No. 12 Georgetown (10).
The Spiders moved to 87-22 in the series with William & Mary and have taken the last four.
Richmond's rivalry with the Tribe dates back to 1920 and is thought to be the country's second oldest rivalry next to Stanford and California.
The Spiders committed a season-low 12 turnovers, tying the total they had against NC State.
