Women's Basketball Speaks At Westhampton Day School

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -
Three members of the Richmond women's basketball team took time out of their busy schedule to speak at Westhampton Day school Monday morning.
Seniors Kara Powell and Crystal Goring and junior Sam Bilney spoke to children at the Westhampton Day School on balancing schoolwork and playing sports and the importance of being healthy.
The Spiders also took questions from the children about playing at the University of Richmond and how they got started at an early age participating in sports.
Richmond has won three straight and eight of its last nine and looks to protect its undefeated A-10 mark at Duquesne Wednesday at 7 p.m.
