
Peterson Climbs Record Books As Spiders Drop SLU

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Senior Katelin Peterson scored two goals and had one assist as she kept moving up Richmond's record book in the Spiders 6-1 win over Saint Louis on Friday.
Peterson passed Amy Ottavinia to move into fourth on Richmond's all-time points list with 97 for her career. With her two goals she broke a tie with Sarah Blythe-Wood to move into a tie for fifth with Whitney Wells for fifth on the school's career list.
Peterson's assist was the 21st of her career which moved into a tie for eighth with Christy Yarnell.
Sisters Catherine Ostoich and Sam Ostoich each scored a goal with Catherine also dishing out an assist. Chelsea Davies and Christina Amorose also scored goals for Richmond, which improved to 7-5 on the season and 1-0 in the Atlantic 10.
