Prentice Picks Up Academic All-Conference Honors

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Sophomore Jill Prentice has been selected to the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Academic All-Conference team, as announced by the conference office on Monday. Given that the league honor is not awarded to freshman, this is the first such honor for Prentice.
A Business major from Skillman, N.J., Prentice picks up all-conference honors after completing a stellar sophomore campaign. The Spider women's first-ever A-10 individual champion, she finished just outside of the top 25 in 26th at last weekend's Southeast Regional in Louisville, Ky. Prentice paced the Spiders in each of her five races this fall, including a top finish at the William and Mary Invite and a top-10 finish at Virginia's Panorama Farms.
