Operation Home Front Military Appreciation Set For Sunday

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- The Richmond women's basketball team is partnering with Papa John's as sponsors to Military Appreciation Day Dec. 4 at the Robins Center.
Operation Home Front Appreciation Day will coincide with the Dec. 4 game against Virginia slated for 2 p.m. at the Robins Center Sunday.
Operation Home Front is an organization providing emergency financial and other assistance to the families of our service members and wounded warriors. Members of the Fort Lee base families are invited to the game and military children aged 6-12 years old will participate in a postgame clinic given by the Spiders.
Fans are encouraged to bring a donated item to contribute to the assistance of the families of military personnel. These items can include general hygiene and toiletry products.
Fans can enter 'UR Free' code when ordering pizza online to receive FREE breadsticks in conjunction with the event.
