Spider Swimmers Make Splash With Team-First Mindset

Matt Barany figured out a long time ago that a team is more than a collection of individuals wearing identical warm-up suits.
Perhaps that is why Barany's University of Richmond swimming program is about to begin pursuit of its 10th Atlantic 10 championship in a span of 11 years. Swimming is an inherently individual sport. But at UR, the concept of "team" is as much a part of the equation as goggles and chlorinated water.
