Atkinson The Guy Behind LIN-sanity

Ken Atkinson led the Spiders to their first-ever NCAA Men's Basketball Sweet 16 appearance in 1988, with victories over defending national champion Indiana and Georgia Tech. He is ninth on UR's all-time scoring list with 1549 points and was inducted into the UR Athletics Hall of Fame in 2010.

But Atkinson is now gaining fame as an assistant coach with the NBA's New York Knicks. He worked in anonymity until Jeremy Lin came along. Now, Atkinson is known as the guy behind LIN-sanity.
