Conder Ties for Third at The Spider at St. James

SOUTHPORT, N.C. - The University of Richmond Spiders women's golf team shot a final round score of 324 (+36) to finish play at The Spider at St. James in a tie for fifth place with a final total of 989 (+125). Charleston Southern defeated Boston College in a playoff to win with a score of 963 (+99).
Sophomore Lauren Conder was terrific this weekend for the Spiders, tying for third overall with a total of 237 (+21). Conder carded rounds of 81-77-79 to notch her second top-five of the season. The tie for third finish for Conder is a career-best.
Tying for 15th at the tournament was junior Caroline Lovette, who tallied her second top-20 finish of the season with a three-round total of 246 (+30). Classmate Courtney Rousse came in a tie for 30th, carding a 54-hole score of 252 (+36).
Rounding out the scoring for the Spiders were junior Tracy Martin and sophomore Krystin Schwarze. Martin tied for 35th with a score of 256 (+40) while Schwarze placed 56th with a total of 273 (+57).
Playing as individuals, sophomores Viviana Perez and Danielle Pinder both played very well. Perez notched her first career top-20 finish, tying for 13th with a score of 245 (+29). Pinder also had a solid effort, placing 27th with a total of 250 (+34).
