Lee & York Race In USATF National XC Championship

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va.- Ryan Lee and Chris York are set to compete in the 12km at USTAF National Cross Country Championship on Saturday in St. Louis.
The race serves as the selection race for the USA Cross Country team. The top six finishers will be selected to the team and will travel to the World Championships, which are held in Bydgoszcz, Poland in March.
The course is located in St. Louis's historic Forest Park, home of the 1904 Olympic Games and has been described as fast but fair with a combination of flat and rolling terrain.
Both Lee and York are coming off of strong cross-country seasons this past fall.
Lee finished second at the Spider Open and 36th in the Atlantic 10 Championship this past fall. .
York took 13th at the Charlotte Invitational and 62nd overall in the Southeast Regionals.
The race is set to start at 1:45 p.m. and will be live streamed here.
