Spiders Host James Madison Wednesday At 6 P.M.

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond hosts James Madison Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at Robins Stadium.

The Dukes come into Wednesday's game with a 3-1 mark, having
recently dropped a 13-12 decision to No. 7 Penn. Casey Ancarrow leads Madison
scoring with 17 points (15g, 2a) while Steph Finley follows with nine goals.
Ancarrow was named the CAA Player of the Week Mar. 4 after scoring eight goals
in two games against Virginia Tech and Fairfield.
Scouting Richmond
The Spiders (2-5) are coming off their best performance of
the season with a 23-7 drubbing of Old Dominion last week. Senior Kara
Moschetti scored a career-high five goals and dished four assists for a
game-high nine points. The 23 goals scored was a season-high
and one score shy of tying a program-high set against Longwood in 2008.
Richmond's 31 team points was two points shy of tying a program record.
Tewaaraton Watch List nominee Caitlin Fifield and Sam Stevenson lead the Richmond
offense with 26 points on the season, which ranks 24th nationally.
The Teams
Richmond edged No. 13 JMU, 13-12, last March in
Harrisonburg. Fifield scored the game-winner with 24 seconds left to lift the
Spiders.
