Spider Duo Named To IWLCA/Under Armour Game

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- Sam Stevenson and Tara Coyle were named to the 2013 IWLCA/Under Armour North-South game. The game is to be played May 26 on the campus of Cabrini College in Radnor, Pa.
Stevenson and Coyle were tabbed to the South squad, joining the most elite lacrosse players in the country. Stevenson finished her decorated career at Richmond with a team-high 54 goals and finished fifth all-time in goals (152), eighth in assists (46) and fifth in total points (198).
Coyle finished her stellar senior year with an All-Conference second team honor and led Richmond with 37 ground balls. The Farmingdale, N.Y. native spearheaded the Spider defense and picked up a career-best six ground balls against No. 19 Navy.
