Incoming Spider Named To Parade All-America Team

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – Incoming freshman Olivia Healy was named to the 2013 Parade's High School All-America team.
Healy was one of 40 nominees tabbed to the prestigious list. The Reading, Mass. native was named the Massachusetts Gatorade Player of the Year and ESPNBoston.com Miss Basketball. Healy was considered one of the best prospects in the state of Massachusetts.
Healy averaged 27.5 points per game, 11.5 rebounds per game, 5.3 steals per game and 3.8 assists per game. Healy will leave Reading High School as one of its most decorated athletes in school history after amassing 1,899 points, shattering a record held since 1985. Healy owned an 86-7 record in her four years at Reading.
Healy will join the Spiders this fall.
