Playoff Sportsline Set For Noon Tuesday At Outback

Celebrate and talk about the Spiders' at-large FCS Playoff selection with head football coach Danny Rocco, senior quarterback Michael Strauss and sophomore defensive tackle Winston Craig on Tuesday's special post-season edition of The Spider Sportsline at Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad St. from noon-1pm. The popular lunchtime radio show airs live on ESPN 950, Sports FM 100.5 and RichmondSpiders.com.
Strauss, making his second start since missing four games with an ankle injury, was named MVP of Saturday's 34-20 Capital Cup victory over William & Mary, completing 29 of 40 passes for 291 yards and two touchdown passes, both to Reggie Diggs.
Craig, a Greensboro, NC native, had three tackles including a key quarterback sack in the victory over the Tribe. Craig has started the past eight games.
Saturday's home playoff game vs. MEAC champion Morgan St. will be the first-ever post-season game at Robins Stadium. Please click here for additional fan information. The game will air online on ESPN3, as well as the Spider IMG Sports Network (ESPN 950 in Richmond).
