The all-time series dates back to Feb. 24, 1920 in Richmond's first-ever women's basketball contest where the Spiders defeated the Tribe, 34-10. Richmond holds the 88-22 all-time advantage over William & Mary - the most wins against any program - and has won the last five contests against William & Mary.

The Spiders are coming off a 70-56 victory over Eastern Kentucky this past Sunday for their second road win of the season. Richmond is shooting 42.8 percent from the floor and are averaging 6.3 three-pointers a game. LAST TIME OUT
Janelle Hubbard's 20 points led the Spiders over the Eastern Kentucky Colonels, 70-56, Sunday afternoon at Paul S. McBrayer Arena. The win improved Richmond to 6-4 overall and dropped EKU to 5-5 on the season. Richmond had two other Spiders in double figures as Genevieve Okoro and Lauren Tolson both tallied 14 points in the victory. Liz Brown led the team with a game-high nine rebounds. Okoro also added three steals, four assists and a block to her double-digit points. Richmond shot 51 percent from the field and 77.8 percent from the charity stripe, while holding the Colonels to just 31.9 percent shooting and 53.5 percent from the free-throw line. The Spiders were ahead for the entire contest and led by as many as 24, which came at the 16:16 mark of the second half.
NEW AND IMPROVED LT
After averaging 5.8 points per game in 22.9 minutes per game last season, junior Lauren Tolson is averaging 13.1 points per game as she has started all 10 games this season. The Fredrick, Md., native is shooting 41.7 percent from the floor, 32 percent from three-point range and 80 percent from the free throw line. In addition to her scoring threat, Tolson averages 5.0 rebounds per game and has 16 assists. She helped the Spiders to an 80-50 win over Longwood with a career-high 21 points and almost matched that in the loss to Hampton with a game-high 20. Tolson has tallied eight double-digit scoring games, including two over 20. Tolson is coming off a first-career five-assist game against EKU.
