UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND LACROSSE INSTRUCTIONAL CAMP
The University of Richmond Men's Lacrosse team will be hosting an open practice/team scrimmage, followed by a skills clinic. At 10:30 a.m., following the practice, members of the Richmond Lacrosse Team will host an instructional clinic for lacrosse players of all ages. The cost of $40 will include a personalized instruction from the coaching staff and the entire 2015 Richmond Lacrosse Team.

WHEN: October 10, 2015 (Clinic Registration Open 10 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.)
WHERE: University of Richmond - Lacrosse President's Practice Field by River Road
WHAT TO BRING: All Proper Equipment (Helmet, Gloves, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Mouthpiece), slicks, molded cleats and sneakers
COST: $40

DAY FORMAT
- 10 a.m. -- 10:30 a.m. (Clinic Registration Open)
- 10:30 a.m.– Introductions and Camp Stretch
- 10:45 a.m. – Skill Instruction Divided by Age Group
- Stations: passing/catching, ground balls, dodging, shooting, footwork, faceoffs, etc.
- 12:00 noon – Mini Games
- 12:30 p.m. – Clinic Ends
