Hannah Loos Grabs Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week Honors

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - After an Atlantic 10 showdown on Sunday afternoon at Crenshaw Field with UMass, freshman Hannah Loos grabbed Rookie of the Week honors from the league office.
This was the first A-10 weekly award for the Spiders this season.
Loos notched her first collegiate goal against UMass to give the Spiders a 2-1 lead. The San Diego, Calif. native created a turnover deep into UMass territory and dribbled past two defenders to score her first goal.
Loos and the Spiders hit the road on Friday, October 14 to take on in-state foe, James Madison. Game time in Harrisonburg is set for 6:00 p.m.
