T.J. Cline Named VaSID All-State Second Team

RICHMOND, Va. - Richmond rising senior T.J. Cline was tabbed VaSID All-State Second Team in a vote of the state's sports information directors.
Cline led the Spiders with his 18.3 points per game in 2015-16, tying for the highest season average of any player since 2001.
The Plano, Texas, native ranked sixth in the Atlantic 10 in points scored and seventh in FG percentage (55.8). He also led the team with 3.8 assists per game, ranking second in the country for assists among players 6-9 or taller.
Cline was first on the team with 12 20-point games and 29 double-digit scoring games.
He earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Third Team, as this his first VaSID All-State recognition. He was one of three Atlantic 10 Players to be honored.
