“We're all very excited for Alex to participate in this year's North-South game. He is a great ambassador for our university, our program and the sport of lacrosse. What a special way to cap off his senior season,” Head Coach Dan Chemotti said. “Alex being the first to represent the University of Richmond in the North-South game is fitting because of how much work he has put into making himself the best player possible.”

“I'm really looking forward to getting to put on my jersey one more time,” Hatem said. “I'm not too sure where my lacrosse career will head at this point, so it will be great suiting up again. It'll be a fun event and a great to a weekend spent with family and friends.”
