UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – The excitement surrounding the Richmond football team continues to buzz through the local communities and tickets are becoming harder and harder to come by.
This weekend's match-up against nationally-ranked Colgate, who reached the 2015 FCS quarterfinals, as well as the showdown with longtime rival JMU on Nov. 5 are both SOLD OUT.
“Coach Rocco, his staff and the student-athletes have done a tremendous job building excitement around the program. The Richmond community has always been a huge supporter of the Spiders and we're all excited to see what the rest of the season has in store,” Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing & Marketing Scott Warner said.
These two games will make it the 24th and 25th sellouts in just the six-plus year history of Robins Stadium, a place where the Spiders are 28-10 all-time.
Tickets are going quick for the other three home games (Towson – Oct. 1st, Villanova – Oct. 15th and Delaware – Nov. 12th) so be sure to secure your tickets NOW! ONLY LIMITED TICKETS REMAIN!
