AUSTIN, Texas – Junior swimmer Hannah Gouger took the pool in the most prestigious meets of the year Friday afternoon, competing at the NCAA Swimming Championships in Austin, Texas. Gouger was one of 55 swimmers from around the country to compete in the 100-yard backstroke competition Friday morning at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
Gouger raced in the third of eight heats for the 100-yard backstroke, finishing 41st with a time of 53.14, improving on her best 100-yard backstroke time during a morning session by 0.24 seconds.
